We are in search of a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to assist in the design, development, and ongoing delivery of Software Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps).

What do we expect from our engineers?

  • Utilize creativity and collaboration to continuously enhance and deliver.
  • Generate value for clients by innovatively solving problems and developing groundbreaking solutions.
  • Focus on Test Automation, both manual and automated, employing tools such as Playwright for Automation and Jira's XRAY for Manual Testing. Leverage various technologies including, but not limited to, Linux, Windows, XML, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Java, JUnit, SoapUI, JavaScript, and Groovy to create innovative solutions and deliver outstanding software.
  • Collaborate with the rapid response team on prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Exhibit independence and autonomy while effectively working from a home office.
  • Engage in innovative projects that foster personal development and advance company objectives.
  • Continue your education in software development (DevSecOps, Cloud, Agile) and share insights with the team.
  • Collaborate through communication and teamwork while consulting with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide personalized mentorship to fellow engineers.
  • Offer strategies and solutions for test automation in development, security, and operations, demonstrating streamlined software delivery methodologies and technological processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Software Test Engineer, Developer, or in a related IT/Software role.
  • Experience with tools across various platforms and environments such as Jenkins, Docker, GitHub, Confluence, Kubernetes, Jira, AppDynamics, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience as a contractor for the United States Government (USG), with preference given to Veterans Affairs (VA) experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check for a public trust position.
