The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) team is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to enhance the employee lifecycle within our vibrant organization.

This role will strategically partner with the Cast Metals Organization (CMO) to provide expert guidance on human resource initiatives and employment-related matters.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all production job bids and awards in accordance with established processes.

Serve as a trusted advisor, offering support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.

Conduct and guide internal investigations and grievance processes.


Evaluate HR metrics and data to uncover trends and opportunities, crafting narratives to present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.


Qualifications:
6-8 years of progressive experience in human resources or a relevant degree in human resources or business.

Demonstrated project management capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
