Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in North America that drive the success of the company's power tool products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure the company's products meet market needs and achieve revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive Market Opportunities:

  • Utilize robust market research methods to pinpoint high-potential power tool opportunities across North America.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive product success and activation across various sales channels.
  • Collaborate with the New Product Development team to identify, design, develop, and bring to market top-tier power tools.
  • Team up with Sales Channel Leaders to create and execute marketing strategies that maximize sales for current products, while also identifying new market and product opportunities for growth.

Conduct Market Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Assess and estimate the market potential for existing product lines across different sales channels.
  • Investigate and quantify the potential of new markets and products within our sales channels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or new product development.
  • 3+ years of experience in power and/or hand tool manufacturing required.
  • Strong understanding of the power tool market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
