Position Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks, work independently with little supervision, and provide support to our staff and executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and building management.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage logistics for office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain office documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • IT Coordination: Liaise with the IT department to ensure office technology is functioning properly and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
