Office Assistant (Brooklyn, NY)
We are a Mechanical Contractor seeking an Office Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The successful candidate must be a team player, adaptable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow with our company. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Title: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments/installations
• Answer inbound telephone calls and dispatch technicians to service calls
• Order parts for repairs
• Maintain and monitor files
• Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields; construction/service industry preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel) required
• Familiarity with Sage Accounting software is preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
