We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will act as part of our Sales team to bring in new business. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance within our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day and successfully advance through a structured training program. We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with a strong desire for a software sales career. Responsibilities

  • Fuel our growth by reaching out to potential new customers via outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up and qualification. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, team collaboration skills, and leadership potential.
  • Show a desire for professional growth and a willingness to learn
  • Meet or exceed team and individual goals and quotas
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss department objectives


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field
  • Finance/Accounting specialty or focus is preferred
  • No work experience necessary We provide a robust training program, one-on-one coaching and mentoring opportunities, and performance benchmarking to encourage career development and success.
  • Strong phone and email etiquette
  • Able to engage in conversation with a sales motion in mind
  • Ability to consistently apply learned skills on a day-to-day basis
