We are in search of a Programmer Analyst with expertise in C#, SQL, and Tableau to join our client's team in Smyrna, Tennessee. In this role, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining our ERP system, as well as providing technical assistance to our team members. This role is within the technology industry and offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and support the ERP system and its corresponding data, programs, and integrations.
  • Utilize expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, C# (or similar .NET programming languages) to enhance system efficiency.
  • Perform ETL data imports, exports, and modifications to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create and develop reporting solutions using various tools, including Tableau, to provide critical insights for business decisions.
  • Participate in all levels of testing, including individual unit testing, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the reliability of the system.
  • Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs.
  • Participate in management meetings and provide updates regarding IT business development projects.
  • Adapt and react positively to changes in the work environment and the demands of the job.


Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in C Sharp Programming (C#) or similar language like C++
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience in Automated Call systems and Automated Scripts.
  • Proficient in Tableau with ability to create and manage reporting dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge in Data Analytics, with ability to perform data analysis using various tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with AB Testing procedures.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the location of the job.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience. (preferred*)
  • Prior work with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems (preferred*)
