Position Summary
The Cybersecurity Risk Manager will play a crucial role in safeguarding our digital assets by actively monitoring and addressing cybersecurity threats. This position reports directly to the Director of Global Cybersecurity and involves collaboration with a skilled team of experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and uphold cybersecurity frameworks that align with industry best practices
- Formulate and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Establish and uphold cybersecurity standards while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Deploy security measures to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
- Conduct cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for employees
- Work alongside the incident response team to create and maintain response strategies
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity technologies and tools
- Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and internal auditors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity positions
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with security technologies and tools
