Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Coil Receiving to become an integral part of our team You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Operator overhead crane
• Perform all daily checks and safety checks.
• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material.
• Log coil log and pull coil receiving check sheets.
• Complete checks with micrometer, tape measure, scales and hardness testing equipment
• Enter information in IFS system and notify steel buyer of any shortages.
• Assist in retrieving tool crib items from shipping.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to operator a forklift.
