About the Company:

Talent-smiths has partnered with an architecture firm in Connecticut to staff a project manager to join their dynamic team in the high-end residential design sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 5-10 years of experience in high-end residential architecture who is eager to take their career to the next level.


About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding our design projects from conception to completion. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing a talented team of designers and ensuring that each project meets the high standards of excellence and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-end residential design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance throughout the design process.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to prepare drawings and documentation, ensuring precision and high-quality output.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and innovation among team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree from accredidated university
  • 5-10 years' of experience in high-end residential architecture
  • Experience working with and managing design teams
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Ability to work in an open studio enviornment
  • Capable of delievering projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Westport CT
