SUMMARY:

Responsible for digital communication campaigns and initiatives (e.g., email/marketing automation, social media, content writing, etc.) as well as optimizing our CRM database and supporting campaign metrics, analytics, and reporting for Intermatic.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Marketing Automation Strategy


  • Collaborate with the customer marketing and digital marketing teams to develop and execute an effective marketing automation strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to implement automated workflows, nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, customer onboarding, and lead scoring processes.


Campaign Development and Execution


  • Create, configure, and execute marketing automation campaigns using the Hubspot platform.
  • Develop A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, calls-to-action, customer engagement, etc.


Digital Communications (Creative)


  • Draft, edit, and review a wide range of inbound marketing deliverables, including emails, social posts, blog articles, landing page copy, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key campaign themes and tailor messages to various customer segments and audiences.
  • Work with in-house designers to develop visual assets that support inbound marketing deliverables; find, create, and/or resize basic visual assets (e.g., stock photos, product images) on a limited basis to support marketing needs.
  • Support customer marketing team on ad-hoc copywriting/creative projects and needs


Data Management and Segmentation


  • Serve as a central point of authority for CRM-related issues and inquiries.
  • Manage and segment contact databases for targeted communication and personalization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal teams to integrate and synchronize data from various sources (e.g., sales data, customer support inquiries, etc.).


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.; assist the digital marketing team in reporting website traffic analytics and related e-commerce data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and improvements.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle management; experience and expertise in publishing content on common social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decisions, including social media metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite software (e.g., Workfront, Photoshop, Adobe Stock) and
  • Relevant certifications in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Adwords) are advantageous.
