 Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in driving incremental growth across our digital landscape. Assist in driving paid search, paid social, affiliate, display and native ads to deliver significant, qualified paid traffic.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute day-to-day tactics to increase marketing-driven pipeline and site traffic. Must have good communications skills with the ability to confidently present campaign performance. You will onboard affiliates, manage keyword builds and audits, set 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set-up both internal and 3rd party/outsourced lead-gen programs
  • Launch and optimize digital ads for both lead gen and brand awareness
  • Day to day bid adjustments, keyword optimizations, traffic pruning for digital traffic and lead efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on performance/ROI of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Onboard digital sources of leads and traffic.
  • Onboard dealers to lead programs at a technical level and test lead routing.
  •  Manage keyword builds and audits, campaign testing promotion execution, and daily bid optimization.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of related experience in digital marketing and communications
  • Home improvement industry experience with a manufacturer preferred
  • Proven track record with lead generation
  • Google Analytics and AdWords experience required
  • Knowledge in key areas of paid marketing (PPC, Paid Social, Digital Media buying)
  • experience marketing a consumer product or brand
  • In-depth knowledge of online media
  • Must be creative, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and design basics
  • Skilled at time, task, and budget management – especially attentive to detail and deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
