Regan Communications Group is currently looking to add a full-time Public Relations Account Coordinator to a dynamic team in the Providence office. We are looking for a highly-motivated candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.


The PR Account Coordinator will collaborate daily with other seasoned team members to provide a high-level of public relations services to several clients across industries in Rhode Island and beyond, including entertainment, hospitality, non-profit, retail, and more.


Responsibilities will include drafting media materials, creating important media contact lists, pitching, and creating coverage reports for all clients.


The position is hybrid and does require occasional night and weekend work.


The position requires:

  • Up to two years of experience in public relations or other relevant industries.
  • Must be a team player, have a solution-driven mindset, be a multi-tasker, proactive and highly motivated.
  • A willingness to make a positive impact on the success of the team and its clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments based on deadlines.
  • Work directly with team members on client deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with the New England media markets.
