Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage cybersecurity training programs and initiatives.
  • Design and implement new outreach strategies and public awareness campaigns related to cybersecurity.
  • Act as a conduit for intelligence sharing among partners.
  • Participate in all department-related meetings with stakeholders.
  • Enhance the department's visibility within the community.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for developing and nurturing public/private partnerships.
  • Organize and plan regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Coordinate and create department-related documentation, such as standard operating procedures and memorandums of understanding.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Department of Justice grant requirements, systems, and reporting, including familiarity with the Grants Management System.
  • Ensure the sustainment of current grant funding, including quarterly reporting, continuation proposals, general accounting, and budget adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the Central Management Office regarding grant funding, procurement, and documentation.
  • Identify and author new funding opportunities that align with task force objectives.
  • Coordinate travel and scheduling for task force activities.
