As a Finance Compliance Officer at Swoop Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's adherence to government laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with company management to identify and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing compliance programs, and monitoring the organization's compliance with policies and procedures.


**Essential Implementation Job Functions:**  

- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program  

- Create and maintain internal controls, and ensure adherence to them  

- Review and update company policies as required

- Assess partner files, contracts, and agreements for accuracy and data security

- Address employee queries regarding legal compliance
