Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a robust compliance program.
2. Establish effective internal controls and ensure adherence.

6. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
7. Analytical thinker capable of navigating complex regulations.
8. Excellent communication abilities.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
10. Experience in non-profit accounting and grants management is advantageous.
11. Professional compliance certification, such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), is a plus.
