Our client is an innovative staffing company in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to grow market share within the emerging biotech space. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships.
Job Description:
- The Business Development Director will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry, targeting key decision-makers and building strong relationships.
- The Business Development Director will prepare proposals and presentations to showcase capabilities and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- The Business Development Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development focused on staffing for the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of the clinical development process and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to navigate complex issues and consult with your clients to uncover the right solution.
Location: This is a remote opportunity with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern time zone; must be able to travel to key accounts as needed.
