About the opportunity


As a Sales Development Representative at Stanton House, you will be entering a warm desk with a focus on prospecting, targeting and developing new clients. This will be through smart, targeted outreach and combining a mixture of written communication, cold calling and building a personal brand online.


This role will also involve significant hands-on recruitment. This will mean sourcing relevant candidates for roles with live vacancies and managing them through the recruitment process effectively.


The market you focus on will be placing Product and Engineering professionals into Cybersecurity Vendors.


What we’re looking for

  • This is an entry-level role, so no previous experience required. Relevant work experience or education would be advantageous.
  • High standards and a burning desire to win.
  • Positivity and resilience - this job can be tough at times.
  • The ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and work at pace under pressure.
  • Good business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

What you'll get in return
