The Challenges


Our Sales Development Representatives are responsible for both generating brand new business leads and finding further opportunities with new decision-makers within our existing accounts.


  • Most important is the relationships you build with your customers. You should be able to talk to a customer, understand what their business drivers and issues are and how we can both improve and help them with the cybersecurity needs in the evolving market of threats today.
  • You will have the power to speak to potential customers about some of the hot topics in security today including - Vulnerability assessments, risk management, and governance, security assessments, penetration testing, digital forensics, and managed detection & response.
  • You will also have the ability to have the first conversation and engagement with new customers to NCC Group and talk to them about our value proposition and strong capabilities across all 36 of our different service lines.
  • The aim of the SDR role is to find and shape opportunities for our Account Managers to pursue. You will then be paid commission based on how many of these meetings you arrange and also on the final value of the deal which the Account Manager closes.



The Essentials


  • Ideally a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar B2B role
  • Experience in selling professional services would be fantastic
  • Resilience on the telephone and tenacity to achieve results both personally and as part of a great team
