Zaelab is a digital agency that focuses on helping B2B companies win through next generation digital technologies and experiences by accelerating their multi-channel commerce innovation.

We have big plans to continue to invest and scale our organization in the coming years so we are looking for Sales Development Reps to drive new client introductions to our services.

Role

Our Sales Team is comprised of Senior Sales Executives with deep domain experience that help our manufacturing customers drive innovation across their digital channels. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to complement our Sales Execs by hunting for new customers. You will work closely with our Sales Leaders and Sales Leadership to align on top prospects to target, messaging to generate interest and coordinating introductory calls to explore opportunities to work together.

Responsibilities

Our SDRs need to bring drive and energy every day. If you are not self-motivated and passionate about a sales career, this job is not for you.

Our SDRs work closely with our Sales Team to accomplish the following goals:

  • Identify new business through a variety of tactics including cold calling, emailing and social media outreach
  • Schedule and contribute to introductory calls with prospects
  • Coordinate follow up activities in collaboration with your Sales Leader
  • Research potential companies that meet our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Research potential contacts that meet our Ideal Contact Profile
  • Participate in building messaging and campaigns that generate interest in scheduling time to meet our team
  • Assist in building customer-specific Guided-Selling product demos. Training will be provided
  • Consistently meet weekly quotas of Meeting Scheduled, Meetings Closed and Sales Qualified Opportunities created
  • Update our CRM system reflecting all our key sales metrics

Requirements

We are looking for SDRs with the following profile:

  • 1-5 years in a business development role selling technology solutions
  • Experience selling into the manufacturing space a plus
  • For new college graduates, a business degree with a focus on Sales & Entrepreneurship
  • Ability to execute on multi-touch campaigns leveraging the systems we have in place
  • Willing and available to work from our office in Chicago 3 days a week with the other 2 days working remotely
