Responsibilities:

  • Logistics:
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of product shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving any issues.
  • Work with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management and reorder processes.


  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


  • Office Administration:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Hours:

  • On-site work hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Mon - Fri.
  • 20 hours per week.
