Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Storytelling: Craft and implement communication strategies that showcase the company’s innovative work and position them as leaders in their industry.
- Creative Content Creation: Bring our story to life through captivating content, including written articles, compelling videos, and engaging multimedia presentations that resonate with internal and external audiences.
- Digital and Social Media Mastery: Elevate the Company’s online presence by curating dynamic social media campaigns and digital content that captivate audiences and inspire the team to become passionate brand advocates.
- Guardianship of Reputation: Safeguard the Company’s reputation by developing robust crisis management plans and fostering positive community relations initiatives that demonstrate their commitment to integrity and transparency.
- Champion of Change: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive communication strategies that support transformative change initiatives and empower our team to thrive in an evolving environment.
- Business Unit Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and embedded leader within a strategic Business Unit, driving alignment between communication efforts and business unit objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the communication channels, initiatives, and tools to ensure they remain cutting-edge and deliver maximum impact.
Requirements
- Minimum five years experience in professional communications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Communications or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working in the manufacturing Communications
- Experience with graphic design and video production, such as the Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge/Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that captivate and inspire.
- Proven expertise in implementing strategic social media campaigns and content creation.
- Creative flair and technical proficiency in video production, including shooting, directing, and editing.
- Strategic mindset with a knack for developing communication plans that drive results.
- Strong project management abilities to execute initiatives with precision and agility.
