Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Lunch Break: 1-hour lunch break (unpaid)

Pay Range: $20/hr - $25/hr

TOP 3 DUTIES

1.    Manage the Calendar and Emails

2.    Make the Team Leader Look Good

3.    Manage Database

 

1.    Manage the Calendar and Emails

o  Set all appointments for Team Leader, no exceptions

o  Confirm all appointments the day before and if you leave a message, call the day of as well.

o  Manage TL’s emails

o  Help TL schedule time blocking activities

o  Keep TL’s desk spotless

o  Keep TL on track with calls and schedule

o  Have at least 2 call back times scheduled in the TL’s day

 

2.    Make the Team Leader Look Good

o  Thank you notes (addressed and blank set on TL’s desk)

o  Birthday Program

o  Manage gifting

o  Be the director of first impressions

 

3.    Manage database

o  Update our database on the first of each month with closed loans from the previous month.

o  Mail, LOTH, and EOS

o  30-60-90 day calls for all closed loans

o  Print list daily for leader to complete theme day calls

o  Fill Happy Hours and Lunch & Learns:

  • Schedule, plan and execute monthly Happy Hours
  • Set up and fill events as required


Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

· Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have a positive attitude.


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, a person is regularly sitting in a normal office environment at a desk using a computer, phone, fax and copy machine. This person may occasionally need to lift up to 20 pounds.

Standard office environment
