About the Role

FICS is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Servicing Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our System Support team, you will provide exceptional support and consulting to our clients, helping them navigate the mortgage process with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and consulting to clients via phone and email
  • Train clients on the use of our FICS software
  • Perform product webinars and collaborate on quality assurance testing
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless support
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the residential mortgage loan servicing industry
  • Hands-on experience reporting to investors: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae
  • Solid understanding of mortgage loan servicing, including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and investor reporting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel across the U.S. when needed
