Requirements:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Experience working on a HR related project
- Successfactors / ECP experience a plus
Position Summary:
The business analyst will be responsible for documenting all phases of work including gathering requirements, functional design and requirements traceability. Reviewing and validating QA test plans and supporting QA team during test execution. Ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the program/project as they relate to requirements. Documenting report requirements through engagement with business process SMEs. Contributes to Business Case Development through information gathering and analysis.
