- Partner with the office assistant to purchase and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience required.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests with organization and urgency, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and judgment, handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
