**Position Overview:**
The Administrative Assistant at LEH. Homes plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
- Support various departments with special projects, research, and data entry as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
