Office and Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an Office and Resource Coordinator to join an internationally recognized Real Estate group. The incoming Coordinator will be responsible for hands-on Administrative, Hospitality, and Marketing support. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations of a real estate office, providing exceptional customer service, broker support, office presentation, and marketing assistance.


Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to marketing requests while promoting brand uniformity
  • Assist agents with Listing Presentation preparation
  • Assist agents with sign ordering, photo ordering, and brochure creation
  • Assist agents with email marketing
  • Assist agents with social media templates and posting
  • Coordinate the flow of the office including greeting visitors and answering phones, ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining office appearance, distributing mail, and maintaining petty cash
  • Responsible for answering all phone calls and transferring calls as needed
  • Responsible for receiving checks and depositing them appropriately
  • Manage all incoming mail and alerting agents appropriately
  • Manage all incoming deliveries, including vendor deliveries
  • Act as a beacon of hospitality in the office at all times.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in the professional services sector
  • Front desk/ administrative background preferred
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external clients while fostering positive relationships.
