As an Interim HR Analyst at our client, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions and providing support to both employees and management. You will play a critical role in ensuring HR policies and practices are consistent with company goals and values.


Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation.
  • Analyze how to streamline processes, ensure accuracy and that guidelines are being followed
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and support managers in performance management.
  • Create and maintain processes
  • Utilize Excel to create a means to track or calculate data before presenting.
  • HR file auditing as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Conduct HR training sessions on various topics, including compliance and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned.
  • Stay informed about relevant HR trends and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, OR work experience equivalent.
  • Must be able to work onsite 4-5 days a week.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Prior experience in the accounting industry is a plus.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.


Hourly Range: $50/hr - $75/hr DOE
