Position Overview:
As an ERP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains). You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integration processes. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be vital in optimizing the ERP system to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Management: Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) ERP system.
- SSRS Reports: Maintain and develop SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- SQL Server Scripts: Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL Server scripts to support ERP functionality.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GP and third-party software integrations.
- Integration Manager: Utilize Integration Manager to import product data efficiently and accurately.
- Module Expertise: Leverage knowledge of manufacturing modules to enhance ERP system capabilities (a plus).
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an ERP Analyst with expertise in Great Plains.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SSRS report maintenance, SQL Server scripting, and troubleshooting ERP systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience using Integration Manager for product data imports.
- Manufacturing Modules: Familiarity with manufacturing modules within Great Plains is a plus.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
