Summary:

Concorde, Inc is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, and respond or escalate as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project planning.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Perform general office duties such as office supply inventory and order management as well as other duties as assigned.


Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role for at least 2 years.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.


Education:

  • Associate’s degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
