Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with expertise in B2B sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through both inside and outside sales efforts.
As a Senior BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, closing high-value deals, and managing relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires travel to meet clients in person and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities through inside and outside sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Travel to job sites and client offices to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute growth strategies and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success closing high-value deals in complex sales environments.
- Experience in inside and outside sales, with a willingness to travel to meet clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Experience in the construction or staffing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and pipeline activities.
