Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at Spartan Energy Services, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new pipelining, fabrication and station opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the midstream and natural gas industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in our industry
  • Experience in the midstream or natural gas industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and ability to effectively manage the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
