Job Description:

1. Plan and prepare schedules for ACLP, DDDLP, WLF, CPD, MLPD programmes,

a. Plan and assign Adult Educators (AE-Trainers)

b. Plan and allocate classrooms

c. Plan and book for catering - refreshments.

d. Ensuring that information boards on Level 5,6 & 7 are accurate.

e. Publish and open training cohorts for registration via TMS and Website.

f. Updating of ADMS tracking file.

2. Plan and prepare corporate schedules .

a. Working with clients regarding their preferred schedule.

b. Liaising with AEs and Clients regarding trainers availability.

3. Manage training resources - classrooms and AEs.

a. Facilitating venues to accommodate class size.

4. To ensure that there are at least 4 full cohort published weekly amounting to 14 cohorts per month and 168 full cohorts on TMS and website for ACLP Programmes.

5. Assist in the monthly AE payment report .

6. Providing AEs with the name list 2 weeks prior to programme commencement.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Diploma holder or higher.

2. Have good English proficiency . ( Training courses in IAL are conducted in English. Client office is an English-speaking environment.)

3. Good Communication skills required to liaise closely with Adult Educator (AEs).

4. Past training admin experience preferred.

5. Possesses basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills .

Work Location IAL, within walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT station
