Job Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing and allocating work orders to ensure the highest productivity and efficiency on the floor within scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains all weekly schedules.
  • Provides reports to assist Production personnel track order status.
  • Works with personnel in multiple Departments to collect data and information needed to produce needed reports.
Additional Duties
  • Alerts Assembly of any complete orders.
  • Notifies Assembly of any plate or ID Panel orders.
  • Maintains color paper inventories.
  • Responsible for working according to the Company's safety and quality standards.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work area.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Performs entire aggregation process without delay.
