Job Summary

Hourigan Construction Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining project schedule baselines, ensuring that all project requirements are met, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and update data from multiple sources, including project managers, superintendents, and owners' representatives.
  • Maintain project schedule baselines in accordance with Hourigan's policies and owner contracts.
  • Generate project-specific performance reports, including critical activities, baseline deviations, and earned value performance indexes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules from proposal to completion, working closely with the project team.
  • Participate in the Hourigan Safety and Health Management System, promoting safe work practices and eliminating hazards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, including project management for a general contractor.
  • Knowledge of BIM and its application to scheduling and sequencing, preferred.
  • Extensive experience in construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, and document administration.
  • LEED certifications and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.
  • Experience with MS Project, Textura, CMiC, and Bluebeam is a plus.
