You will prospect and close new business opportunities build customer relationships and grow the US market share. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition If you are not a hunter this is not the role for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Must reside in the US.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space
  • 7 years selling Professional staffing (IT F&A Engineering etc...) services to MidMarket and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 35 years selling Managed Services such as RPO MSP VMS
  • Wellconnected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA Procurement MSP CW Program leaders).
  • Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech Finance Engineering etc..
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 23 times per year.
  • Techsavvy proficiency using tools such as Zoom Dynamics CRM MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
