We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to join our team at Coast to Coast Connections a leading event marketing firm known for creating dynamic promotional campaigns and communityfocused events. If youre passionate about building relationships driving business growth and making a real impact this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to grow the business and expand our client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients ensuring their marketing needs are met.
- Conduct research to identify emerging market trends customer needs and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop tailored strategies to meet client objectives.
- Assist in the creation of business proposals presentations and contracts that align with client goals.
- ESupport the team in executing promotional events to showcase client products and services helping boost client visibility.
Requirements02 years of experience in business development sales marketing or related roles.
Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Selfstarter with a passion for growing business and driving results.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
