JOB DUTIES:
As a Administrative Assistant, you will:
Field a variety of questions on different topics in workers' compensation and labor. Direct calls to appropriate staff. Perform clerical functions to support Division programs. Maintain and enter information into databases. Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports.In other words, you will provide support to the Division and be the friendly face in the Fiscal & Support Section.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:

Microsoft Office software. Office management and administrative practices.Skill in:

Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including:
High school graduation (or equivalent), and; Three years of directly related experience. Examples of directly related experience include experience in an administrative, legal or regulatory environment, or other position such as executive secretary where progressively responsible experience was obtained.OR
