**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Operate various process areas for shift team flexibility.
- Produce products in line with customer specifications and operating procedures.
- Conduct routine and complex maintenance, participating in a rotational schedule.
- Manage focused administrative tasks during shifts.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards, including initiating emergency procedures when required.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by management.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Availability for various shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends.
- Compliance with PPE requirements like steel-toed boots and hardhats.

**Preferred:**
- An updated resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- Experience with forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in inventory software, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
