They provide services and highvalue products including semiconductor components electronic devices network equipment and software primarily to Japanese and foreign electrical and electronics manufacturers who lead the information and telecommunication industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Field Sales on Request for Quote (RFQ) and facilitate prompt quotations to customers
- Help manage and grow assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Provide effective support to customers to gain market share
- Update quote master file for sales department reference
- Consolidate and submit regular reports
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectively
- Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment both independently and as a team
