Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Field Sales on Request for Quote (RFQ) and facilitate prompt quotations to customers
  • Help manage and grow assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Provide effective support to customers to gain market share
  • Update quote master file for sales department reference
  • Consolidate and submit regular reports

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectively
  • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment both independently and as a team
