  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our construction services and products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals, ensuring accurate contract preparation and execution.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution, communicating client expectations and monitoring progress.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, using this information to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals, sharing insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Training and Development: Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
Compensation

$47,000 - $52,000 a year
