Construction Sales Representative

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge in the construction industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand their construction needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
- Ensure that contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate client expectations and monitor project progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Use this information to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals.
- Share insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
Salary: $47,000 - $52,000 a year
