About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at SRS Building Products - Georgetown. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the inside sales support team to plan and execute sales promotions and product launches
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the building products industry and market trends

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the building products industry, with a track record of success in managing a multi-million dollar territory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel in your territory
