Pure Barre Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Pure Barre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Marketing and social media management
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Run monthly reports and schedule monthly goals
  • Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Representatives
  • Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service
  • Become proficient in ClubReady software and troubleshoot client account inquiries
  • Contact prospects and schedule barre classes and enroll them in memberships
  • Drive and retain retail and membership sales and ensure member retention
  • Maintain organization of staff and cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers and ensure all forms and administrative supplies are stocked and visible
  • Participate in and organize networking and community events and attend monthly National Sales Calls
  • Stay abreast of monthly studio promotions and execute operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Solution-based and results-oriented with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
Compensation and Perks:
  • Salary $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
  • Unlimited Pure Barre Membership while employed
  • Employee Retail Discount
