Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Relations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service excellent communication skills and an interest in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Manage client communications via phone email and inperson meetings ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and project details in our CRM system.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings site visits and project milestones.
- Gather and relay client feedback to project managers and teams to help improve service delivery.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team including preparing reports and documentation.
- Follow up with clients postproject to ensure their satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Communications or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
