- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities for our Cloud and CRM services such as Azure, Salesforce, SAP, AWS, GCP
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze data to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and industry events.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a robust database of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Campaign Execution: Execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals. Provide feedback on the quality of leads and campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key metrics, such as lead generation performance, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team. Ensure all interactions and follow-ups are recorded accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation. Continuously seek ways to optimize and innovate lead generation processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of engineering, MCA and an MBA would be an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the technology sector focusing on Cloud and CRM services.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Cloud and CRM services and their value propositions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
