Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Medeco Door Security-US and ASSA brands in the U.S. markets.
  • Coordinate with Territory Business Development Managers and ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions Sales Team to ensure seamless alignment between brand strategies and sales activities.
  • Directly manage independent agencies representing the ASSA brand.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and field teams to drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Partner with marketing and product management to ensure competitive positioning and drive new product launches.
  • Lead efforts for trade shows, summits, and other industry events to showcase Medeco Door Security-US and ASSA's offerings.
  • Play a key role in overall strategic business planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or significant industry experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing, training, and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
