The Manager, Workforce Reporting and Insights leads the design, development, and delivery of workforce analytics and reporting solutions that support the organization's strategic objectives. The Manager will oversee a team who provides data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders across the business and deliver operational and compliance reporting. The Manager will also collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other functions to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.

This position is eligible in our Bartlesville, OK or Houston, TX locations.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Provide strategic insights through detailed analysis of workforce data.
  • Develop and manage HR metrics and reporting systems to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights.
  • Enable tools that allow stakeholders direct access to HR metrics and standard reports.
  • Lead a team responsible for operational and compliance reporting, and in-depth analysis of HR and survey data.
  • Manage systems and tools utilized by the team and others to obtain HR data and draw insights.
  • Communicate trends and insights generated from data analysis.
  • Create compelling data visualizations on dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources to craft meaningful narratives.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and foster a data-savvy workforce.

Required Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in workforce analytics, reporting, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR data, processes, and systems
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various audiences
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
