Position Summary

The Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the International Ministries team, which oversees numerous projects across various countries. This position is responsible for promoting best practices in project management and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in implementing the Project Management Standards outlined in the IM Handbook.
  2. Perform various operational and administrative tasks related to project management, including:
  • Documenting project approvals in the management systems.
  • Reviewing and processing financial requests, including budgets and expense reports.
  • Logging decisions regarding the use of sourced content.
  • Conducting quality checks on project elements at critical stages.
Engage in additional projects and tasks as directed by the PMO Director.Generate comprehensive project reports as needed.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  6. Adaptability to the challenges of international work.

Work Environment

This position is based in a typical office setting with flexible hours. Candidates must reside in the area.

  2. Must be a committed follower of biblical teachings.
  3. Participation in the spiritual life of the organization is expected.
